Meet Whitney Duenas Richardson, a young woman who has overcome tremendous adversity to achieve great success in her career. After suffering a life-altering car crash that left her with serious injuries, Whitney refused to let her circumstances hold her back. Instead, she used her experience as motivation to push herself further than ever before.

Despite the challenges she faced, she remained determined to pursue her dreams. She worked tirelessly to recover from her injuries and when she was finally able to return to work, she did so with a renewed sense of purpose and drive.

Over the years, Whitney has made a name for herself as a talented and dedicated professional, excelling in her field and earning the respect and admiration of colleagues and clients alike. She has achieved many milestones in her career, including graduating with her BBA at 19, opening her own fitness studio at 20, and making 6 figures by 21. She has been recognized for her hard work and contributions to her local communities and is making an impact nationwide.

But perhaps what is most inspiring about Whitney is her resilience and determination in the face of adversity. She has proven that no obstacle is too great to overcome, and that with perseverance and a positive attitude, anything is possible.

Most recently, she launched Global Sprouts, a brand rooted in cultural discovery and connection. Inspired by her CHamoru and Dutch heritage and travels to 30+ countries, Global Sprouts brings meaningful, quality experiences to families’ homes. She is proud to share her passion for learning about other cultures and building a brighter future through one box at a time.
